Are your products built to order, or stocked?
Most of our products are built to order. However, that doesn’t result in a long lead time for the customer. We pride ourselves on quick delivery, and can even accommodate same day shipment in some cases. Contact us today to see how we can serve you.
Do you only sell temperature sensors?
While temperature sensors are the essence of what we do, we manufacture and carry a wide range of products. Please visit our products page for a glimpse of what we offer. If you don’t see something, please call or email us. We may offer that product or are looking to add it in the future.
Do you have a Quality Management program?
Yes, and our Quality Management program is registered to ISO 9001:2015. We conduct an internal audit annually to ensure we are properly following all standards and improving our processes continuously.
Can you help me with design of a product?
Absolutely. Our staff has a vast knowledge of various products and applications. We do our best to access the customers’ needs and deliver the correct part in a timely fashion. If applicable, we’ll give you options depending on application and budget.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Our delivery locations and carriers are dictated by the customer.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
We do, although we don’t have a fixed discount rate. It depends on the quantity, product purchased, and other factors. It is best to email us for a quote and request any information on quantity discounts.
